Method: A quantitative survey was administered to a broader cross-section of professionals across different sectors to investigate the interplay between psychological flexibility, human leadership qualities, and their impact on thriving in the 21st-century social space. Findings & Value Added: We found that by incorporating psychological flexibility into human leadership, managers can cultivate a work environment characterized by nurturance and growth that embraces change, fosters collaboration, and empowers employees to thrive amidst the dynamic challenges of the contemporary working place social spaces.
